Building Facade Laboratory Consultancy

Based in Dubai, U.A.E., Thomas Bell-Wright International Consultants ("TBWIC"), is both a specialist Curtain Wall & Cladding Consultancy and a Mock-Up Testing Laboratory for full scale testing of Curtain Walling, Cladding and Fenestration.

TBWIC was the first independently owned company to have permanent curtain wall testing apparatus in the UAE, and now has a range of test chambers and support structures in place at their fully equipped Façade Testing Laboratory in the Al Awir Industrial Area near the center of Dubai. TBWIC can accommodate any type or size of prototype, and conducts all of the standard tests.

The TBWIC Curtain Wall and Cladding Consultancy is the only organisation in the region specialising exclusively in the field of independent quality assurance for building façades. This field comprises curtain walls and cladding for high rise buildings, including metal or composite panels, pre-cast, and all other cladding materials, plus doors and windows and fenestration in general.

Since 1993 TBWIC has been associated with over 100 of the most prestigious and largest landmarks around the Arabian Gulf and surrounding countries.
