The Façade Consulting Team is headed by Sandy Dweik (Vice President & Chief Façade Consultant) together with experienced and hardworking Engineers who made TBWIC known for its integrity and professionalism.

Sandy Dweik (Vice President & Chief Consultant) – A Member of the Society & Facade Engineers, Sandy manages the Consulting Team and allocates TBWIC resources according to project requirements. She also supervises the training and development of TBWIC team members. Liaising with Consultants on new projects, she has prepared with the assistance of the design team full Pre-Tender Packages and reports. She has performed Professional Quality Assurance services for curtain walling comprising specifications writing, shop drawings review, technical consulting and site inspections on many projects.

Mutaz Saheb (Senior Facade Consultant) - He is in charge of handling projects during the shop drawings approval phase and he leads the inspection team during construction. He performed detailed inspection for glass distortion, colour variation and breakage at site.  The same applies to investigation of facade and cladding system failures.

Fernando Embido (Structural Engineer) – In charge of review and development of structural calculations related to project reviews or design. This covers the design of Curtain Walling System (stick and unitized system), frameless glazing, cladding systems, handrails, canopies & any architectural features.

Sandeep Thakur (Cladding Consultant) - Assists in reviewing all design and engineering works that includes shop drawings, structural designs, fabrication drawings as well as material orders.

Mark Harvy Tagaytay (Façade Engineer) – In charge of conceptualizing drawings, shop drawing reviews, writing reports and inspection at site. And he is responsible in AutoCad drafting and Curtain Wall design, claddings, brackets and accessories for building facades, architectural building plans, elevations, & section details.

Alphonso Magbual (Curtain Wall Designer) - Assists in AutoCad drafting and design of curtain walls, claddings, brackets and accessories for building facades, architectural building plans, elevations, & section details.

Rejimon Bhami (Inspector & Testing Specialist) – He has been involved in almost all aspects of the business. He performs functions fairly equally in the two key areas, Testing & Consulting. He can reliably perform site testing, site inspections and calibrations and put his observations into a proper report.
